Part‑time Branch Assistant (Temp)

About the role

This is a part‑time temporary position working in a busy retail branch in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will be part of a 5‑day‑a‑week team delivering fast, friendly service to customers and helping keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers and answering queries.
• Maintain fully stocked shelves and ensure product availability.
• Operate tills efficiently and accurately.
• Pick and prepare items for delivery orders.
• Support the team in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to daily demands.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Reliability – punctual and consistently present.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Minimum age of 17 years.
