Part‑Time Caretaker & Maintenance Assistant

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Part‑Time Caretaker & Maintenance Assistant to support the day‑to‑day upkeep of a premises in Tunbridge Wells. This temporary position runs for at least three months, with the possibility of a permanent offer for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general light maintenance and basic repairs.
- Carry out light cleaning duties to keep the premises tidy and safe.
- Ensure the building is well‑presented and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Work 20 hours per week: 8:00 am‑12:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and one weekend day.
Required profile
- Hands‑on attitude and willingness to tackle a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Availability to start at the end of June.

- Hourly rate of £12.71.
