About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clean Water Network Operative to join our team on a part‑time basis as a teacher and trainer. You will deliver hands‑on training to aspiring water‑network professionals at client sites across the UK, helping them develop the practical skills required for the industry. The role is contract‑based, allowing you to balance work with other commitments while earning a competitive day rate.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver on‑site training sessions for new water‑network staff.
• Adapt training content to suit varying skill levels and client requirements.
• Travel to client locations nationwide, adhering to agreed schedules.
• Maintain training records and provide feedback on trainee progress.
• Ensure all training equipment and materials are prepared and safe for use.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience working as a Clean Water Network Operative or in a similar role within the UK.
• Strong desire to share knowledge and support the development of others.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to learners of varying experience.
