Part‑time Collections & Network Driver – Glasgow

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Collections and Network Driver in Glasgow on a permanent, part‑time basis. You will be part of a dedicated team that brings trust to customers' doorsteps, handling both letters and parcels while supporting local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver mail, parcels and special items (e.g., election material, food, alcohol) on a defined route.
• Check post‑boxes, visit post offices and business customers at pre‑arranged times.
• Sort and secure mailbags, ensuring each item reaches the correct processing centre.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• People‑oriented with a strong sense of community.
• Comfortable walking long periods and working outdoors in any weather.
• Looking for flexible shift patterns (Mon‑Fri, 12:30‑18:30).
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Full UK manual driving licence (≤6 penalty points).
