Part‑time Community Nurse – Epsom

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a motivated part‑time Nurse to deliver high‑quality community care in the Epsom area. The role involves close collaboration with acute partners and supporting patients with urology and continence needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead TWOC clinics, provide expert ISC education and support, and safely catheterise male and female patients.
• Manage a chronic‑care caseload, conduct Appliance Use Reviews, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, carers, and referring professionals, and build effective relationships across the GESH region.
• Deliver education and training to fellow healthcare professionals and participate in service evaluation, audit, and development activities.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse with a nursing degree.
• Experience in male and female catheterisation; stoma‑care experience is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident IT user.
