Part‑Time Credit Controller (2 days per week)

About the role

This part‑time Credit Controller position supports a growing, customer‑focused organisation in Manchester City Centre. Working two days a week, you will help maintain healthy cash flow while preserving strong relationships with B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and reduce aged B2B debt across a portfolio of customers.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve queries and payment issues in a friendly manner.
• Escalate complex accounts where necessary while keeping a customer‑first approach.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and account activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a credit control role.
• Customer‑centric approach to debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive conversations professionally.
