Part‑time Customer Service Associate

About the role

The Customer Service Associate works part‑time (22.5 hrs per week) to support day‑to‑day property management and create a positive resident experience. The role combines front‑of‑house service, marketing, leasing and administrative duties within Greystar’s real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional resident living by providing front‑of‑house service and handling queries and complaints.
• Support community events and maintain relationships with university clients.
• Log maintenance requests, prepare notices and keep databases up to date.
• Participate in marketing activities such as open days, leafleting and property promotion.
• Conduct viewings, follow up enquiries and convert sales/leasing opportunities.
• Carry out health‑and‑safety compliance tasks and assist with move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Join an on‑call roster to provide out‑of‑hours emergency support.
• Chase rent arrears, promote tenancy extensions and other revenue streams.
• Raise purchase orders, process tenant refunds and optimise utility efficiency.

Required profile

• Good general education with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Significant experience in a customer‑facing service role and excellent communication in English.
• Team player with relationship‑building, influencing and autonomous decision‑making skills.
• Numerical aptitude for handling rent, refunds and utility optimisation.
• Culturally aware, flexible and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding resident experiences.
