Part‑time Customer Support Representative – Stroud

About the role

This part‑time position involves providing face‑to‑face support to customers in a Lloyds Banking Group branch in Stroud. You will start by assisting customers in‑branch and, as you develop, you may also support them remotely via phone, web‑chat, social media or video calls.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, friendly service to customers visiting the Stroud branch.
• Handle customer enquiries, transactions and problem‑solving in person.
• Occasionally work across nearby Lloyds or Halifax branches (e.g., Cheltenham, Cirencester, Gloucester).
• Provide remote assistance through phone, chat, or video as part of the skill progression pathway.

Required profile

• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Genuine, honest, and caring attitude towards helping people with their finances.
• Strong communication skills and a people‑oriented mindset.
