Part‑Time Day Concierge – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Day Concierge to provide premium service to residents of a luxury residential block in South East London. Working Fridays and Saturdays from 7 am to 7 pm, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and anticipating residents’ needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Verify all visitors, suppliers and contractors, manage elevator access and conduct regular security checks.
• Monitor CCTV systems and perform periodic reviews.
• Carry out building inspections, log any maintenance issues and report them through the appropriate channels.
• Assist residents and guests, acting as an ambassador for the company and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Multi‑task and prioritise duties in a high‑pressure environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential concierge or 5‑star hotel environments.
• Reliable, punctual and immaculate presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and provide excellent references.
• Willingness to undergo full vetting checks.
