About the role

Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member delivering quality goods across South East England. You’ll work three 8‑hour shifts each week, with routes pre‑planned by automated technology and a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑quality products to customers on time, regardless of weather conditions.
• Follow automated route plans and pre‑loaded van schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Handle a variety of items, including occasional alcohol deliveries, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Required profile

• Full UK or EU driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points and no disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
