The practice serves a loyal local patient base and delivers high‑quality, personalised eye care in a calm, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 45‑minute appointments using modern clinical equipment, including Zeiss specialists.
• Provide hands‑on involvement in training and development of staff.
• Handle complex dispensing cases and respond to patient queries.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Interest in premium eyewear and quality dispensing.
• Patient‑focused with high standards of service.
• Confidence in making leadership and dispensing decisions.
