Part‑Time English & Maths Tutor – Salford

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English & Maths Tutor to provide one‑to‑one tuition for secondary‑aged learners in Salford. The role starts in September 2026 and offers flexible, part‑time hours during school time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised one‑to‑one English and Maths lessons to secondary pupils.
• Plan and prepare lessons tailored to each learner’s needs and learning style.
• Support students in building confidence, subject knowledge and academic skills.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies as required.
• Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and company procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• At least 6 months of UK‑based teaching experience with secondary students.
• Experience delivering English and Maths curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
