About the role

Join Superdrug’s Exeter store as a dedicated Eyebrow Threader and Brow Expert. You will deliver a range of beauty treatments, ensuring each customer leaves feeling confident and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing services.
• Perform cluster lash extensions and ear piercing where requested.
• Offer expert advice on treatments and product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment in line with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or a recognised threading certification.
• At least one year of professional experience in threading or related beauty services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for beauty trends.
• Ability to work 12 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
