Part‑time Helpdesk Coordinator – Facilities (London)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Helpdesk Coordinator to join the facilities team of a prestigious London hotel group. The role is based onsite in SE1, London and runs Tuesday to Thursday, offering a flexible schedule for a customer‑focused professional.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming facilities requests via phone, email and helpdesk system.
• Log, allocate and monitor work orders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors and site teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Update internal and external stakeholders on progress of service requests.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records of all facilities activities.
• Ensure service requests are completed within agreed timescales and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Facilities Helpdesk, Facilities Coordinator or Maintenance Helpdesk role.
• Strong understanding of facilities management and maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM/helpdesk systems.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
