Part‑time Home Care Assistant – New Milton

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team in New Milton on a part‑time basis. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Support daily routines including meal preparation, shopping and light household duties.
• Provide companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Help with medication reminders and ensure safety during visits.
• Travel to client homes using your own vehicle and record activity accurately.

Required profile

• Kind, caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on right‑to‑work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends.

Required skills

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle for travel between client homes.
