Part‑time Key Holder (16 hrs) – Retail

About the role

As a Key Holder you will be the front‑line ambassador for Levi’s on the shop floor, ensuring smooth store operations during your 16‑hour shifts. You will lead by example, support the team and take charge of opening and closing when managers are absent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
