Part‑time Key Holder (8‑hour shifts)

About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the front‑line leader who brings the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor. Working 8‑hour part‑time shifts, you will ensure smooth store operations, support your team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, following all operational procedures when management is absent.
• Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and upholding brand values.
• Motivate and guide Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence to lead and support a team on the shop floor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
