Part‑time Keyholder (12‑hour shifts)

About the role

As a Keyholder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, ensuring smooth store operations during your 12‑hour shifts. You will lead by example, support your teammates, and take charge of opening and closing when managers are away.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a shop‑floor team.
• Strong, proactive customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
