Part‑time Keyholder – Retail Store

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a part‑time Keyholder in our Guildford store. You will be the trusted custodian of the store’s keys and play a pivotal role in delivering the Levi’s brand experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store safely when management is absent.
• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand values.
• Support Stylists, motivate the team and help achieve store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presents a compelling brand image.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom upkeep.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with store management on daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team‑support skills.
• Proactive, solution‑focused customer service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
