Part‑time KS1 Primary Teacher – Flexible Supply

About the role
This part‑time, day‑to‑day supply position supports KS1 pupils across primary schools in Bromley, Westerham and surrounding areas. You will step into different classrooms, delivering the KS1 curriculum while enjoying the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons on short notice.
- Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to each school's routines, policies and resources.
- Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to class teachers.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic primary teacher confident across KS1 year groups.
- Proven ability to manage behaviour and maintain classroom presence.
- Flexible, reliable and able to thrive in varied school environments.
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
