Part‑time Merchandiser – POS Placement at Asda

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time merchandiser to place point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and in‑store media at the Asda store in Cambridge. The role involves a short weekly visit, typically on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings, to ensure all POS items are correctly displayed.

Key responsibilities

• Sign in at the store, meet the key store contacts and locate the delivered POS items.
• Place POS and media in pre‑designated sections, using a stepladder when required.
• Photograph each placement and report completion through the company’s mobile app.
• Handle and move boxes of POS material safely while maintaining store cleanliness.

Required profile

• Available to work the scheduled Wednesday evening/Thursday morning slot each week.
• Own a smartphone (Android or iOS) to log visits and upload photos.
• Comfortable using a stepladder and lifting moderate‑weight items.
• Good communication skills for interacting with store staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a mobile app for reporting and photo upload.
• Basic smartphone operation (Android or iOS).
