About the role

Join Decathlon UK as a Part‑time Multisport Sport Advisor and combine your passion for sport with a customer‑focused retail position. You will work on the shop floor, helping customers discover the right equipment and enjoy a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable customer service and technical advice for the sports categories you cover.
• Assist customers both in‑store and online, supporting Decathlon’s omnichannel retail model.
• Manage stock levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure products are easy to find.
• Collaborate with a team of like‑minded sales assistants, sharing sport experiences and celebrating successes.

Required profile

• Passionate about sport and eager to share that enthusiasm with customers.
• People‑oriented, willing to go the extra mile for service excellence.
• Good communicator and problem‑solver, comfortable working weekends and holidays.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.
