Part‑time Operations Keyholder (20 hrs)

About the role

As an Operations Keyholder you will be the frontline ambassador of the Levi's® brand at the York Designer Outlet. Working 20 hours per week, you will ensure smooth store operations, support the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences during key trading periods.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, following all operational procedures when management is absent.
• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service and uphold brand values.
• Motivate and guide Stylists, helping them meet personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presents the Levi's® brand consistently.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom upkeep.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi's® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
