Part‑time Operations Manager – Private Equity Advisory (London)

About the role

Our client, a leading private‑markets advisory firm in London, is seeking a part‑time Operations Manager to support its next phase of growth. The role offers high autonomy and exposure to both operational and front‑office activities within a fast‑moving financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day business operations, workplace matters and employee life‑cycle activities.
• Oversee external service providers for benefits and training.
• Maintain relationships with fund administrators, banks, lenders and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, handling requests, billing and payment monitoring.
• Support transaction administration, record‑keeping and project cost reconciliations.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities for new funds, investors and fundraising initiatives.
• Manage AML/KYC, financial‑crime oversight, FCA matters and overall company compliance.
• Provide compliance advice and draft/review NDAs, term sheets and contracts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a varied operations role, preferably within financial or professional services.
• Exposure to compliance and legal matters.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with strong stakeholder management.
• Agile attitude toward work.
