About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postperson with Driving, delivering letters and parcels across Poole on a rotating shift schedule. This part‑time position keeps you active, outdoors, and connected to the local community while offering a reliable income.

Key responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the Poole Delivery Office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot within the assigned route.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the Royal Mail brand.
• Work in all weather conditions and handle high‑volume peak periods.
• Drive a Royal Mail van daily and complete a driving assessment.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) registered to your current name and address.
• Physically fit for walking up to 12 miles and lifting 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and resilience in a busy environment.
