About the role
Join Randstad Education as a Part‑Time Primary Supply Teacher in the Surrey area. You will step into classrooms across Redhill and surrounding schools, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils on a day‑by‑day basis.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for primary‑age students.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching materials to suit diverse learner needs.
- Record attendance, assessments and provide feedback to senior staff.
- Communicate regularly with school leadership and parents as required.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with QTS, PGCE or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a supply teacher in primary schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Passion for inspiring and supporting student learning.
