About the role
Clockwork Education is seeking a qualified primary teacher to join a welcoming school in Durham on a part‑time basis starting September 2026. The role involves delivering Key Stage 2 lessons for half‑days, five days a week, from 8 am to 12 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Mark assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff to support the curriculum.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – early‑career teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
- Experience planning and teaching the national curriculum.
- Ability to provide two educational references (preferred).
- Enhanced DBS disclosure.
