Part‑time Property Administrator – Glasgow

About the role

A leading property and technical services organisation is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team on a part‑time basis. Supporting a busy Technical Services function, this role offers the chance to work within a collaborative environment delivering property, maintenance and operational services.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate engineer and technician call‑out schedules and site visits.
• Maintain property and asset databases.
• Process utility and meter‑related applications.
• Update records and produce reports from internal systems.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Manage repair line enquiries and system queries.
• Process supplier orders, quotations and financial coding.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining databases, records and management information.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience within property, facilities, construction, maintenance or technical services environments (advantageous).
