Part‑Time Property Sales Executive – Cotswolds

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, New Homes Consultant or Residential Property Professional who knows Stow‑on‑the‑Wold and the surrounding Cotswolds market. Use your local knowledge, relationships and sales ability to work flexibly without a traditional 5‑day schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage and re‑engage warm residential property leads.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and their families.
• Maintain your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion.
• Generate leads through local networking and community engagement.
• Sell both properties and rentals within a growing retirement‑living development.
• Negotiate offers and confidently close sales.

Required profile

• Experienced estate agent or sales negotiator with deep knowledge of the Stow‑on‑the‑Wold and Cotswolds market.
• Self‑motivated, commercial and able to work independently without a traditional 5‑day schedule.
• Strong network of local contacts and ability to generate new leads.

What we offer

• £115 per day base rate.
• £2,500 commission for each completed sale.
• £1,500 commission for each completed rental.
• £250 monthly CRM performance bonus.
• Flexible part‑time or full‑time hours, with no Saturdays.
