About the role

Join the friendly team at Travelodge London Walthamstow as a part‑time Reception Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and supporting the daily operations of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Process cash payments and perform basic banking transactions.
• Conduct regular fire‑safety and security walks.
• Assist housekeeping and other departments during busy periods.
• Maintain accurate front‑desk records and reports.

Required profile

• No prior hospitality experience required – training will be provided.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer focus.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly and follow safety procedures.
