Part‑Time Receptionist – 24 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time receptionist to join a prestigious local venue in Haywards Heath. The role is permanent, 24 hours per week across three eight‑hour shifts, with flexible start times between 07:00 and 23:00.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a professional first impression.
• Manage the check‑in and check‑out process efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries, bookings and reservations.
• Process guest information accurately and keep systems up to date.
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Driver with own vehicle (the workplace is only accessible by private transport).
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, positive manner.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
