Part‑time Receptionist / Administrator (Temp to Perm)

About the role
We are seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist/Administrator to join a brand‑new clinic in the heart of Cheltenham. The position starts on a four‑week temporary contract with a strong prospect of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a professional, warm demeanor.
- Register new clients and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and respond to general client queries.
- Maintain a clean, organised reception area.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, document management and data entry.
- Support the wider team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or front‑of‑house roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable and team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- £13.85 per hour.
- Central Cheltenham location.
- Fixed shift patterns (two options provided).
- Opportunity to progress from temporary to permanent employment.
