Part‑time Retail Assistant (10‑hour shifts)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Retail Assistant to join its London Battersea store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional one‑to‑one service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first mindset.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Growth mindset and commitment to an inclusive culture.
