Part‑time Retail Sales Merchandiser – 5 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Sales Merchandiser to work 5 hours per week across stores in the Tunstall area. The role involves face‑to‑face customer interaction, visual merchandising and supporting promotional activities. You will report to a Team Leader and will need your own vehicle and a full driving licence. The shift pattern consists of two Mondays and three Fridays, with start times between 9 am and 5 pm. The role is busiest during the Christmas period, when leave cannot be taken.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Unload and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Set up and refresh promotional displays.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and spot sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail or fashion environment is preferred.
• Sales or retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with iOS 13.4+ or Android 8.1+.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using multiple mobile apps.
