Part‑time Retail Supervisor – Swindon

About the role

Join Savers as a part‑time Retail Supervisor in Swindon, working flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure store standards, visual merchandising and health & safety compliance are maintained.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers at store events.
• Assist with stock control, replenishment and daily operational tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about developing personal and team skills.
• Passionate about the products sold and putting people first.
