Part‑time Sales Assistant (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its Cotswold store. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect Levi’s fit and style.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
