About the role

shoezone is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its Market Harborough store. This permanent position involves working around the weekend and offering flexible support to the team as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service on the shop floor.
• Assist customers in selecting footwear and answer product queries.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves and ensure displays are tidy.
• Handle key‑holding duties when required.
• Support the store during busy periods and adapt to rota changes.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about helping people and learning about footwear.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work a minimum of 4 hours per week, mainly over weekends.
• Team‑player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
