Part‑Time Sales Assistant

About the role

Footasylum is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join the team at the Trafford Centre. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, helping customers discover the latest streetwear and sportswear trends.

Key responsibilities

• Create a high‑energy, personalised shopping experience for every customer.
• Style complete looks, including footwear, apparel and accessories, and advise on product care.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, from performance fabrics to seasonal drops.
• Lead in‑store events such as launch days, exclusive drops and styling sessions.
• Drive sales, meet KPIs and contribute to team targets.
• Keep the store visual standards high and ensure stock is well‑presented.

Required profile

• Passion for sport and streetwear fashion.
• Outgoing, confident and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Team‑player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and development.
