About the role

Join Superdrug as a Sales Assistant in St Albans, working flexible weekday or weekend shifts. This part‑time position offers 8 hours a week with the possibility to increase hours, allowing you to develop retail skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile, promote Star Buys and ensure they leave feeling great.
• Maintain store presentation and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Help achieve and exceed store sales targets.
• Participate in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with continuous learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Positive mindset and clear communication skills.
• Passion for health and beauty products and excellent customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential).
