About the role

Join the Armani Outlet team in Cheshire Oaks as a part‑time Sales Associate. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and help achieve store sales targets while representing a world‑renowned luxury fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Meet personal and store KPIs by using company tools, staff training and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, understand their needs and suggest additional or alternative products.
• Maintain a high‑energy, sales‑focused store environment.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to increase sales and retention.
• Participate in all mandatory training sessions, both internal and external.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays as required.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
