Part‑Time Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

REISS is seeking a passionate, customer‑focused Sales Associate to join its retail team on a part‑time basis. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a memorable shopping experience while supporting store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience.
• Provide knowledgeable product and styling advice tailored to each customer.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock, organise the shop floor and stockroom, and support deliveries and day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion, retail and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confident, friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets.
• Well presented and able to represent a premium fashion brand.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Previous retail or fashion experience is desirable, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are equally important.
