Part‑time Sales Development Representative (Commission Only)

About the role

This part‑time, commission‑only position is for a self‑employed Sales Development Representative who will manage their own hours and earnings. The role focuses on following up quotation requests, converting leads into orders and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective customers via phone, email and follow‑up material.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring each lead is qualified and progressed.
• Follow up on quotations, support sales opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep data up to date.
• Collaborate with wider teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or lead management (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
