About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Sales Stylist in our Durham outlet, working 20 hours per week with availability required mid‑week and on weekends. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
