Part‑Time Store Supervisor (21 hrs) – Glasgow

About the role

We are looking for a passionate part‑time Store Supervisor to join our Glasgow shop for 21 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the store manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data and KPIs to contribute to store growth.
• Inspire and coach the team to meet targets and uphold high service standards.
• Act as the manager’s key point of contact during their absence, overseeing staff and store activities.
• Maintain health, safety and security procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish best‑sellers and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, helpful and considerate towards customers and colleagues.
• Passion for fashion styling and willingness to learn product knowledge.
