Part‑Time Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join an independent luxury travel agency on a part‑time basis. You will work Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑16:30, providing personalised holiday planning and sales support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers face‑to‑face and by phone, handling enquiries and building rapport.
• Quote holiday packages, tailor‑made itineraries and dynamic packaging solutions.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and upsell additional products to maximise profitability.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Manage bookings, maintain communication with customers and coordinate with travel partners.
• Keep product knowledge up to date, including company brochures and destination information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar sales role in a retail travel agency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for travel and luxury holiday experiences.
• Full right to work in the United Kingdom.
