Part‑time Year 4/5 Primary Teacher (Mon‑Wed)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 4/5 Primary Teacher to join a friendly school team on a part‑time basis, working Monday to Wednesday. This role offers the chance to inspire young learners, deliver the National Curriculum and contribute to a supportive school community.

Key responsibilities

• Teach a mixed Year 4/5 class across three days per week.
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity across the week.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Commitment to high standards and raising achievement for all pupils.
• Creative, organised and enthusiastic about learning.
• Effective team player with good communication skills.
