Party Wall Surveyor – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are seeking a Party Wall Surveyor to join a specialist Neighbourly Matters and Building Consultancy based in the City. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office time with site visits while delivering high‑quality service to both private and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Party Wall matters in accordance with the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
• Prepare and serve Party Wall notices, schedule and attend site inspections.
• Provide expert advice to clients, resolve disputes and produce detailed reports.
• Generate fee income for the business and contribute to the firm’s revenue targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with experience in Party Wall matters.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small specialist team.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and generating fee income.
