Passenger Ambassador – Heathrow Airport (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Acosta Europe’s team at Heathrow Airport and help create memorable passenger experiences. As a Passenger Ambassador you will support travellers with their shopping needs, promote offers across the terminal and contribute to a welcoming airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with all retail stores in the terminal.
• Engage passengers after security to maximise sales opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with brand information, promotions and key sales messages.
• Assist travellers with shopping queries, directing or escorting them to retailers.
• Ensure promotional materials and point‑of‑sale displays are visible and current.
• Report sales successes, key interactions and insights to your line manager.
• Attend team meetings, contribute ideas and complete shift reports via Global Connect.
• Monitor performance against daily and weekly KPIs.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident interacting with passengers and influencing buying decisions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to problem‑solve and make real‑time decisions.
• Professional, positive and customer‑centric attitude.
• Fully flexible to work shifts between 05:00 am‑22:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
