Passenger Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Passenger Fleet Supervisor to join our transport team in North London. The role involves supporting the management of our in‑house passenger fleet service and ensuring that transport operations meet both operational requirements and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of the in‑house Passenger Fleet Service, ensuring transport services meet operational requirements and customer needs.
• Assist in day‑to‑day supervision of drivers and fleet staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Advise management on the availability and cost‑effectiveness of transport resources, including internal fleet assets and external providers.
• Monitor fleet performance, utilisation and service delivery against agreed targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver resources to ensure efficient service provision.
• Support implementation of operational improvements and innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation, health and safety requirements and organisational policies.
• Assist with incident investigations, performance management and service reporting.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, contractors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience supporting fleet management and supervising drivers or fleet staff.
• Ability to analyse cost‑effectiveness of transport resources and advise management.
• Strong understanding of transport legislation, health and safety standards and organisational policies.
• Proven capability to monitor performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
