Passenger Service Agent – London City Airport

About the role

Join the frontline team at London City Airport, ensuring passengers and their baggage are processed smoothly and safely for each flight. You will work a mix of early and late shifts, providing essential support to travellers and airline partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process passengers and baggage according to established procedures.
• Verify travel documents for immigration and security compliance.
• Assist disrupted passengers following carrier disruption protocols.
• Support passengers requiring special assistance due to age or physical condition.
• Supervise boarding, control passenger flow, and confirm passenger counts for safety.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, security, airline, and CAA regulations.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Duty Manager.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rostered shifts.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability in punctuality and time‑keeping.
• Willingness to follow instructions from Duty or Station Managers.
